No. "Manage Server" is enough, and EdgyCore never asks for Administrator. If it ever needs a permission it does not have, it tells you which one instead of just quietly failing.
Yes, and that is the normal way to use it. One command starts everything on your own machine. It never sends your data anywhere else.
Nothing gets stuck. The bot double-checks every few minutes, so a mute that should have ended gets lifted as soon as it comes back online.
Yes. You can give someone a permission in just one channel, and even set it to run out on a date. There is also a checker that tells you exactly what a member can do and why.
